「收尾閭」將身體中正、重心穩固;行逆式呼吸,也稱變容呼吸,吸氣時腹肌收縮,腹壁回縮呈凹狀,加之橫膈收縮向腹腔下降,使腹腔容積變小,呼氣時腹肌放鬆,腹部隆起,橫膈也上升,使腹腔容積變大。在全身放松之后,收缩会阴,肛门,双臀,想着吸入空气,身體前傾;要尽量用意不用力,逐渐使用力减少、用意增加。

功能:
- 抬高肩胛骨。
- 上提肩胛骨,并使肩胛骨下角转向内侧。If the neck is fixed, LS elevates and slightly retracts the scapula, contributing to downward scapular rotation.
- 当肩胛骨被固定,可使颈屈向同侧及后仰。

Shoulder hiking(Elevation of the shoulder) can be compromising to the rotator cuff structures, particularly supraspinatus.肩膀的抬高也可能是代償肩袖結構不穩定,特別是岡上肌。
Because of LS’s ability to downwardly rotate the scapula, people with hiked shoulders may trade the power of latissimus dorsi (lat) for LS overuse. Since the lat internally rotates the humerus with LS recruitment, the lat becomes unavailable for humeral extension.
肩胛骨scapula
肩胛骨的運動可分為6種
- 下壓 Depression
- 上提 Elevation - levator scapulae, the upper fibers of the trapezius
- 內收 Retraction - rhomboideus major, minor, and trapezius
- 外展 Protraction - serratus anterior (prime mover), pectoralis minor and major
- 上旋 Upward rotation - the upper & lower fibers of trapezius, lower fibers of serratus anterior
- 下旋 Downward rotation - rhomboideus minor, pectoralis minor, levator scapulae, latissimus dorsi, the upper fibers of serratus anterior
肩關節的作用肌:
1.屈肩關節的肌肉:胸大肌、三角肌前部肌纖維、肱二頭肌和喙肱肌。
2.伸肩關節的肌肉:三角肌後部肌纖維、肱三頭肌長頭、背闊肌、岡下肌、小圓肌和大圓肌。 3.外展肩關節的肌肉:三角肌和岡上肌。 4.內收肩關節的肌肉:肩胛下肌、胸大肌、背闊肌、肩胛下肌和大圓肌、岡下肌、小圓肌和喙肱肌。 5.外旋肩關節的肌肉:三角肌後部肌纖維、岡下肌和小圓肌。 6.內旋肩關節的肌肉:三角肌前部、胸大肌、背闊肌、肩胛下肌和大圓肌。 |
