正式註冊射手的標識要求：
必須於每支箭清晰標示：
✓ 個人姓名縮寫（例：CHAN TAI MAN 應標為 CHAN TM 或 TM CHAN）
✓ 總會核發之註冊編號
✓ 所屬協會簡稱
✓ 獨立箭支編號（不得重複）
臨時註冊射手的標識要求：
必須於每支箭清晰標示：
✓ 個人完整姓名
✓ 所屬團體簡稱（若適用）
✓ 獨立箭支編號（不得重複）
統一性規範：
✓ 箭杆、箭尾及箭羽顏色完全一致
凡參加任何於康文署非射箭專屬場地舉行的總會認可射箭賽事，必須填寫「比賽箭支資料申報表格」（詳情請看附件一），並於比賽當日報到時一併遞交至位於報到處的安全檢查員，以作檢查。相關表格亦可於該天比賽場地的報到處索取。

I. Registered Archers Requirements:
Each arrow must be clearly marked with:
✓ Initials (e.g., CHAN TAI MAN must be marked as CHAN TM or TM CHAN)
✓ Official registration number (issued by the association)
✓ Club/Association abbreviation
✓ Unique arrow number (each arrow must have a distinct identifier)
II. Temporary Registered Archers Requirements:
Each arrow must be clearly marked with:
✓ Full name
✓ Club/Team abbreviation (if applicable)
✓ Unique arrow number (each arrow must have a distinct identifier)
III. Uniformity Requirements:
All arrows in a set must comply with:
✓ Matching colors for shafts, nocks, and fletchings
Anyone who participates in any sanctioned archery competition held at a non-archery venue of the LCSD must complete the "Competition Arrow Information Declaration Form" (please see Annex 1 for details) and submit it to the safety inspector at the registration point for inspection when registering on the competition day. Relevant forms are also available at the registration counter at the competition venue on that day.
