quiver（箭袋）在FITA rules的地位是什麼？射箭規則內冇說明，但有提及ground quiver。
射箭，冇提及一定要用箭袋，不用，可以嗎？
不用，就不會違反7.5.2.3/7.5.2.4/7.8.3.3。本來無一物，何處惹塵埃！
在進入一米線後等候區時，冇條款規定，箭要放入箭袋的，箭不在箭袋，可來remove from the quiver！
前言（When moving forward to shoot）不對後語（在罰則處是沒有的，是另一說法），有趣的是在88年台灣的譯文中，完全把“When moving forward to shoot”略去不譯，略去便沒有混淆，但不是原文。
如果真是在等候區上箭又如何？絕對會吃黃牌一個。
罰則上指明是不行的，若要指出是犯那一條，大概是 7.5.2.3 When moving forward to shoot, athletes must not remove their arrows from their quivers until they are on the shooting line.如果是站立不動在一米線後等候區，拔箭，有否違反“When moving forward to shoot”。
如果說我年齡不比你小，這並不表示你的年齡比我大，我們可以是同齡的。故
團射的條款應規定：
一、所有發射的箭，必須在發射線上從箭袋取出。

事件：
在團射決賽中，次輪射，有射手站在發射線後，發覺可以射得準的、剛射完的兩支箭不在箭壺上，回頭一看，剛射的兩支箭送回來了，便回到等候區取箭， 取箭後，手中持箭，回到發射線上，一支箭放入箭壺，一支箭上弦，發射去了。問題來了，大多數人都說他犯規──不可持箭過一米線，犯了 7.5.2.3/4；再問，從來沒有從箭壺取箭，何來犯規？不過，在7.5.3.2有說明──每回合射完的箭，將在完成次回合後，送還給選手。

根據個案，射手回到等候區取箭後，應立即放回箭袋內，才向前上發射線，到發射線後才取箭；而線上裁判應注意射手上發射線前有否取箭之動作，如以上個案，裁判應該舉起黃牌，以表示射手要返回一米後才可傱新上發射線，如射手不理會的話而繼續射箭，便會將該手之最高分數之箭得分扣減．
