  5. 有助下角內收的前手動作:沉肩、轉肘、轉掌(向自己拉微尾指、拇指向箭靶微按打指模,拇播基部微壓向推弝);和
  6. 逆腹式呼吸法:胸式呼吸會破壞持弓手的直線用力。
